Cost per class: $15.00 Pre-register by Friday before the event and save.

After October 3rd 1 Class is $20.00

After October 3rd Both Classes is $35.00 Book both classes together and save.

Using a Jeopardy style question and answer game, agents will review major parts of the residential purchase contract to deepen their understanding of contract terms and conditions.

Legal Jeopardy - Did you Know?

Real Estate Issues

Using a Jeopardy style question and answer game, agents will review the basics of licensing regulations, the landlord tenant act, RESPA, dual agency, fair housing laws and more. This class reviews minor yet important legal minutia to keep agents out of trouble.

Time

Stay out of Jeopardy- (Contract Law) 9am -12pm

Legal Jeopardy – Did you know? (Real Estate Legal Issues) 12:30pm-3:30pm

Pricing

One Class Pre Register - $15.00 after the 20th $20.00

Both Classes Pre-Register - $25.00 after 20th $35.00
