Cost per class: $15.00 Pre-register by Friday before the event and save. 

After June 20th 1 Class is $20.00

Commissioner’s Standards

 OUTCOME: Students should be able to identify the sections of a Public Report, where to find the PR on the ADRE site, when a PR is required & why agents need to be familiar with the contents when representing a client. • A.R.S. 32-2101 - "Subdivision" & "Subdivider". What is a PR? What is a "Lot Reservation"? •Cover all 14 sections of the PR. Examples of New Build, Multi-Family to condo conversion, Co-ops. •How a PR can be used as a tool in resales •Subdivision violations & ADRE response - why agents need to know 

“Every Drop Counts: Water in Arizona” 

1 hour CE: General (Required by ADRE) 

This class is based on the ADRE required outline and meets license renewal requirements.

Time

o 6 or More: Subdividing & The Public Report (Commissioner Standards) 9am -12pm o Every Drop Counts: Water in Arizona (ADRE) 12:30-1:30pm

Pricing

One Class Pre Register - $15.00 after the 20th $20.00

Both Classes Pre-Register - $25.00 after 20th $35.00
