I hereby apply for membership in the Bullhead City / Mohave Valley Association of REALTORS®, and hereby agree to abide by their constitution, Bylaws, WARDEX Rules and Regulations, and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. I understand this entitles me to the privileges and services extended by the Bullhead City / Mohave Valley Association of REALTORS®, the Arizona Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. I further irrevocably waive all acts and claims against said Associations, particularly as to its or their acts in electing or failure to elect, advancing, suspending, expelling, or otherwise disciplining me as an Applicant, or as a member. Upon expiration of said membership for any cause, I will discontinue the use of the term “REALTOR®” and return to the Association all certificates, signs, seals, or other indications of membership in the local Association, the State Association, and the National Association of REALTORS®. I understand that Article 17 of the said REALTOR® Code of Ethics provides for arbitration of controversies that may hereafter arise between me and other REALTORS® and that by this application and acceptance thereof by the Association; I am contracting to arbitrate any such dispute.
