Hi, I’m Nicole! I’m a proud mom to my two kids, Adelyn and Sean Jr., and a loving wife to my wonderful husband, Sean. We met in 2008 and got married in 2018. In April 2020, we took a leap of faith and moved our lives across the country from Illinois to Arizona. It was a big change, but we’ve never looked back! I’m absolutely loving the desert weather and, most of all, saying goodbye to snow. Life in Arizona has been such a refreshing adventure, and I’m so thankful for this new chapter with my family.

I am a dynamic leader with over 30 years of experience in the non-profit sector and 15 years in the medical field. With a strong background in business administration and human resources I have consistently driven innovation by developing and executing autonomous workflows that enhance teamwork and communication. Passionate about service and giving back, and am deeply involved in community initiatives and strategic leadership roles. Currently, I am focused on association management within the real estate industry, specializing in governance, planning, and professional standards enforcement. I have been Known for my ability to inspire and motivate others, I excel in fostering collaboration and strategic partnerships.
