Commissioner’s Standards
This class is intended as a guide to starting a real estate brokerage in Arizona. Students in the class will learn the processes required to open their own real estate brokerage, from licensing requirements, creating an entity, to ADRE forms and process. Also discussed are Insurance needs, Bank accounts, Business plans, signage & advertising, broker supervision, recordkeeping & policy manual requirements.
